Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mug Cake
When a sweet craving hits whip a super easy Peanut Butter an d Chocolate Mug Cake in minutes!

- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 TBS oil (vegetable oil, olive oil or substitute apple sauce)
- 3 TBS milk
- 3 TBS peanut butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 TBS or more of chocolate chips
Spray a large mug (16oz) with cooking spray (or two 8oz mugs).
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth
Place batter into one large mug or two smaller mugs and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds in the microwave) If you feel you need longer, place it back in another 10 seconds. If batter is split, a minute should do it in most microwaves. Cook each mug separately.
Enjoy as is or top with additional chocolate chips, a drizzle of chocolate, Nutella, frosting or whipped cream.
